Korn Ferry Tour Championship presented by Virginia’s Richmond Region Partners with Topgolf Richmond for Volunteer Program
RICHMOND, Virginia – The Korn Ferry Tour Championship presented by Virginia’s Richmond Region is pleased to announce a new partnership with Topgolf Richmond, which will serve as the official Volunteer program sponsor. The partnership reflects a shared commitment recognizing and supporting the dedicated volunteers who make the tournament possible.
Volunteer programs have long been a vital part of all PGA TOUR events, as volunteers contribute their time, energy and passion behind-the-scenes to produce extraordinary experiences for athletes, fans, and the community. Through this sponsorship, Topgolf Richmond continues the tradition of the volunteer program, a pillar that ensures the tournament’s success.
"At Topgolf, we believe in the unlimited power of play, the ability to bring people together, build meaningful connections and create a positive impact in the communities we serve," said Jen Laws, Event Sales Director at Topgolf Richmond. " That’s why we are especially proud to support the Richmond region and recognize the more than 600 dedicated volunteers whose passion and commitment make this championship possible.”
Topgolf Richmond's devotion to promoting the game of golf while bringing friends and families together pairs well with the tournament as the top 20 golf professionals will earn their PGA TOUR card for the 2027 season at the conclusion of the tournament. Family, friends, and the Richmond community will watch as 20 golfers make their childhood dreams come true on October 11, encouraging everyone, from young fans to seasoned veterans and everyone in between.
